2. Donations and Payments

All donations and contributions made through https://prajapathi.org/ are considered final and non-refundable, as they directly support the ongoing production, outreach, and operations of the Prajapathi Movie Project.

Once a donation or payment is completed successfully, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded, except under the circumstances mentioned below.

3. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may be issued only in the following rare situations:

• If a transaction is duplicated due to a technical error.
• If a payment is made by mistake (for example, an incorrect amount).
• If there is a verified fraudulent transaction not authorized by the cardholder.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 working days of the transaction date with the necessary proof and transaction details. After verification, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• Date and amount of payment
• Reason for refund request

5. No Refund for Voluntary Contributions

As donations and contributions are made voluntarily to support the Prajapathi Movie Project, refunds will not be provided simply because a donor changes their mind after completing a payment.

All online payments on our website are securely processed through Razorpay, a trusted payment service provider.
For security reasons, we do not store any credit/debit card or banking details on our servers.
